Getting Here
College General is located in the north of Peninsular Malaysia, on the island of Penang (or its Malaysian name Pulau Pinang), in a suburb along the northern coast known as Tanjung Bungah. There are various ways for you to get here.

By Plane If coming from overseas, take a flight to Kuala Lumpur and make your way north to Penang. Alternatively, take a direct flight to Penang. Once here choose one of the options below.

By Taxi Just tell the cabbie to take you to our address! If the cabbie is clueless, just mention that we are near / behind Mt Miriam Hospital, or off Jalan Gajah, towards the Chinese Swimming Club end of the road .

By Bus The government-owned Rapid Penang buses are your best way to get to College General by bus. We have outlined the bus routes you may need to take if you choose to take a bus. You may also take buses from the other bus company servicing the route to Tg Bungah / Batu Ferringhi / Teluk Bahang route, but we are unaware of their routes, and frequency.

Rapid Penang U101 or U103 (northbound) - Inform the bus driver that you want to get off in front of the Chinese Swimming Club (which is actually on the right side of the road). Bus stops are on the left side of the road, and the road sign for Jalan Gajah should not be too far from you. Walk along Jalan Gajah, looking out for Jalan Cengai on your right. A few metres along Jalan Cengai should bring into view of Colege General's gates. Rapid Penang U104 (northbound) - When northbound bus passes along Jalan Gajah, look out for Jalan Cengai on your left. Alight and make your way by foot along Jalan Cengai, and few metres ahead, you will see the gates of College General.

By Car From the heart of the city, head in the direction of Tg Bungah or Batu Ferringhi. You wil be driving along Jalan Tg Tokong, a dual carriageway. Keep driving until you pass a set of traffic lights with blocks of high-rise apartments on your right. Around 200m after the traffic lights, when the Penang Chinese Swimming Club is on your immediate right, you will see the sign for Jalan Gajah on your left. Turn in here and drive on slightly ahead until you see Jalan Cengai on your right. Turn in here and few metres ahead you will see the gates of College General.
